SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 245 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA

   ...BREVARD COUNTY
 
AT 141 PM...DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS FROM ACROSS OCSEOLA COUNTY...STRETCHING TO JUST WEST
OF MELBOURNE TO EXTREME SOUTHWEST BREVARD COUNTY. THESE STORMS WILL
SPREAD NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH AND WILL LIKELY PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS.
THE GREATEST THREAT WILL EXIST ACROSS FROM MELOURNE TO SATELLITE
BEACH...HOWEVER RESIDENT ACROSS THE COUNTY SHOULD MOVE TO A PLACE OF
SAFETY UNTIL THE STORMS PASS.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 58
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
