* CAUSE AND EFFECT
  STRONG THUNDERSTORMS HAVE PRODUCED RADAR ESTIMATED RAIN AMOUNTS OF
  OVER 2 INCHES PER HOUR IN WESTERN LAFAYETTE COUNTY. ADDITIONAL
  STRONG STORMS WITH TORRENTIAL RAINS WILL MOVE IN FROM THE WEST
  BETWEEN 2 AND 3 PM...BRINGING AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
  TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS MAY EXCEED 4 INCHES IN A FEW SPOTS BY 4 PM.
