IN NORTHEASTERN ARKANSAS ...NORTHERN CRITTENDEN COUNTY AT 304 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO NEAR THE CROSS-CRITTENDEN COUNTY LINE MOVING EAST AROUND 20 MPH.
