FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1225 PM CST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN WESTERN TENNESSEE

   ...CARROLL COUNTY
   ...FAYETTE COUNTY
   ...HAYWOOD COUNTY
   ...HENDERSON COUNTY
   ...MADISON COUNTY
 
THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING BETWEEN ONE AND TWO INCHES OF RAIN
PER HOUR WERE MOVING INTO EAST PARTS OF WEST TENNESSEE AT 820 AM.
THE RENEWED RAIN WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF ROADS .. SMALL DRAINAGES ..
AND LOW LYING AREAS.

STREAMS WHICH ARE ALREADY HIGH BUT WHICH HAD STARTED TO RECEED WILL
AGAIN BEGIN TO RISE AND OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS SIMILAR TO THE
SITUATION ON MONDAY.

THE RAIN WILL BEGIN TO ABATE BY 1030 AM BUT FLOODING AND HIGH WATER
WILL CONTINUE BEYOND THAT TIME AS THE RAINWATER FLOWS INTO LOCAL
DRAINAGES.
