FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 815 PM CDT...A DEVELOPING TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY MIDLAND
DOPPLER RADAR AND SPOTTER REPORTS 15 MILES EAST OF ANDREWS MOVING
SOUTH AT 30 MPH.

THE TORNADO IS CURRENTLY EXPECTED TO REMAIN OVER RURAL AREAS.
