IN SOUTHWESTERN TEXAS ...NORTHERN ECTOR COUNTY AT 721 PM CDT...A DEVELOPING TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY MIDLAND DOPPLER RADAR AND SPOTTER REPORTS 17 MILES NORTHWEST OF ODESSA OR 2 MILES NORTHEAST OF GOLDSMITH MOVING SOUTH AT 10 MPH. THIS WAS CONFIRMED BY SPOTTER REPORTS. SOME LOCATIONS IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO ARE... GOLDSMITH. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT.
