FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 430 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN WESTERN TEXAS

   ...SOUTHERN TERRELL COUNTY
 
AT 115 AM CDT...ACCORDING TO SATELLITE ESTIMATES...1 TO 1 1/2 INCHES
OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER SOUTHERN TERRELL COUNTY. THIS AREA HAD
ALREADY RECEIVED HEAVY RAIN OVER THE PAST COUPLE DAYS...MAKING FLASH
FLOODING LIKELY WITH ADDITIONAL RAIN. MOST SERIOUSLY AFFECTED AREAS
FOR THIS WARNING EXTEND FROM HIGHWAY 90 TO THE RIO GRANDE.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS
SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
