FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 630 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN NORTHWESTERN TEXAS

   ...NORTHEASTERN ANDREWS COUNTY
   ...NORTHWESTERN MARTIN COUNTY

AT 327 PM CDT...MIDLAND DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS
SINCE 245 PM OF UP TO 3.5 INCHES IN EXTREME NORTHEAST ANDREWS COUNTY
ALONG HIWAY 115 ABOUT 20 MILES NORTHEAST OF ANDREWS. THIS CLUSTER OF
THUNDERSTORMS WAS MOVING SLOWLY NORTHEAST AT LESS THAN 10 MPH.
ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO MOVE OVER NORTHEAST ANDREWS AND
NORTHWEST MARTIN COUNTIES ENHANCING FLASH FLOOD POTENTIAL.
