IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI ...ST. FRANCOIS COUNTY AT 500 PM...RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO ALONG THE WASHINGTON/ST FRANCOIS COUNTY LINE JUST NORTH OF BISMARCK. THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.
