OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM JUST EAST OF HERMANN TO JUST EAST
OF OWENSVILLE...ALONG THE GASCONADE...FRANKLIN COUNTY BORDER. THIS LINE
OF STORMS WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 40 TO 45 MPH. THIS LINE WILL
MOVE THROUGH THE TOWNS OF NEW HAVEN AND GERALD BY 130 AM...AND INTO THE
TOWNS OF WASHINGTON...UNION AND ST CLAIR BY 145 AM.
