IN SOUTHWEST ILLINOIS ...NORTHERN RANDOLPH COUNTY AT 245 PM...DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER NORTHWESTERN RANDOLPH COUNTY NEAR THE TOWN OF RUMA.
