FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  615 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN CENTRAL MISSOURI

   ...SOUTHERN MONITEAU COUNTY

AT 300 PM...NWS DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS FROM
TIPTON TO HIGH POINT. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING SLOWLY SOUTHEASTWARD OR
NEARLY STATIONARY AND HAS PRODUCED ONE TO THREE INCHES WITHIN THE LAST
HOUR.  ANOTHER TWO TO FOUR INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS
THROUGH 600 PM.  AREAS IN THE THREATENED AREA ARE TIPTON...LATHAM...HIGH
POINT...AND HIGHWAY 5.
