THE DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED OR
IMMINENT...MOVE QUICKLY TO HIGHER GROUND. NEVER DRIVE INTO AN AREA
WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD...ESPECIALLY LOW-WATER BRIDGES.
