FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI

THIS AFTERNOONS THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DUMPED 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN OVER THE
AREA BETWEEN 3 AND 4 PM. THE LARGEST AMOUNTS OF RAIN HAVE BEEN ALONG THE
BORDER BETWEEN JEFFERSON AND ST. FRANCOIS COUNTY.
 
THE JEFFERSON COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED PARTS OF HIGHWAY E IN THE SOUTH
PART OF THE COUNTY WAS FLOODED.
