TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  100 PM CDT
FOR RESIDENTS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA
 
   ...NORTHERN ST. BERNARD PARISH
 
AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS
 
 
AT 1220 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO OVER UPPER
ST. BERNARD PARISH...5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF CHALMETTE. FUNNEL CLOUDS HAVE
BEEN REPORTED WITH THIS STORM. THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING SLOWLY TO THE
EAST. THE TOWN OF MEREAUX IS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM.
