FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1120 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA

   ...BROWN COUNTY
 
AT 815 PM CDT...THE BROWN COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED WIDESPREAD LOW
LAND FLOODING IN THE AINSWORTH...JOHNSTOWN...AND LONG PINE AREAS.
DOPPLER RADAR AND OBSERVATIONS SHOW 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN IN AN
HOUR HAS OCCURRED OVER PARTS OF BROWN COUNTY.  WATER COVERS
NUMEROUS COUNTY ROADS...THEREFORE TRAVEL IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

DON'T DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVTERS THE ROAD!
