A TORNADO WAS ON THE GROUND NEAR STANTON AND WILL CROSS INTO MORGAN
COUNTY BY 330 PM. THE TORNADO WILL PASS NEAR THE TOWNS OF WEST LIBERTY
...EZEL AND WRIGLEY.
 
DO NOT USE YOUR CAR TO OUTRUN A TORNADO.  CARS ARE EASILY TOSSED
AROUND BY TORNADO WINDS.  IF YOU ARE CAUGHT IN THE PATH OF A
TORNADO...LEAVE THE CAR AND GO TO A STRONG BUILDING.  IF NO
STRUCTURE IS NEARBY...SEEK SHELTER IN A DzITCH OR LOW SPOT.
