TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  630 PM EDT
FOR PERSONS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTH FLORIDA
 
   ...DUVAL COUNTY
 
AND THE ADJOINING COASTAL WATERS.
 
AT 645 PM EDT A NAVAL WEATHER OBSERVER REPORTED A TORNADO ON THE GROUGH
AT INTERSTATE 295 AND RIVERSIDE AVENUE AREA. THIS STORM WILL MOVE INTO
THE SAN MARCO AND ARLINGTON AREAS. ADDITIONALLY THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE THROUGH THE SOUTHSIDE AND BEACHES AREAS THROUGH
630 PM EDT.
