AT 517 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM OVER NORTHERN
EAST CARROLL AND NORTHERN WEST CARROLL PARISHES IN LOUISIANA. THIS STORM
WAS MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH...AND WILL MOVE ACROSS SOUTHERN
PARTS OF WASHINGTON COUNTY THROUGH 6 PM.
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  MOVE QUICKLY TO UNDERGROUND SHELTER IF
AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE...GO TO AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.
