AT 330 PM CST JACKSON DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO NEAR
WINONA MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH. ON THIS PATH... THE SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM AND POSSIBLE TORNADO WILL MOVE NEAR WINONA AND INTO
NORTHEAST MONTGOMERY COUNTY EAST OF DUCK HILL.
