* AT 155 PM CDT CANTON ESDA OFFICIALS REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD 
5 MILES NORTH AND WEST OF CANTON. THE ESDA OFFICIAL INDICATED A
MOVEMENT TO THE NORTH TOWARD FARMINGTON. HOWEVER...STORM MOVEMENT
WAS TO THE SOUTH AT 5 TO 10 MPH. MORE STORM DEVELPMENT IS POSSIBLE
TO THE WEST AND NORTH OVER THE REMAINDER OF NORTHERN FULTON COUNTY.
