AT 504 PM EDT...SKYWARN SPOTTERS REPORTED LARGE HAIL 30 MILES NORTH
OF WILMINGTON OR 4 MILES EAST OF WILLARD MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

THIS STORM IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN IN RURAL AREAS.
