FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 845 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTHEASTERN NORTH CAROLINA

   ...NEW HANOVER COUNTY
 
AT 705 PM RADAR INDICATED A STATIONARY THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY
RAIN ACROSS THE NORTHERN PART OF NEW HANOVER COUNTY FROM WILMINGTON
TO CASTLE HAYNE. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES WERE TWO INCHES PER HOUR.

DON'T DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD. THE WATER DEPTH
MAY BE TOO GREAT FOR YOUR VEHICLE TO CROSS SAFELY.
