    STRONG THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF HOURLY RAINFALLS OF 1-2 INCHES
    CONTINUE TO BUILD FROM JUST NORTH OF SALINA SOUTHWEST TO
    BROOKVILLE IN WEST-CENTRAL SALINE COUNTY. KANSAS HIGHWAY
    PATROL REPORTED THE WATER HAD COVERED U.S. HIGHWAY 81 IN
    NORTH-CENTRAL SALINE COUNTY.
