AT 820 PM SPOTTERS AND RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO JUST NORTH
OF GRAND ISLAND.  THE STORM IS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.  THE
CITY OF GRAND ISLAND IS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM.  PEOPLE...MAINLY
NORTH OF INTERSTATE 80 SHOULD MOVE TO THEIR TORNADO SHELTERS NOW.
 
PERSONS IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD TAKE SHELTER IN A BASEMENT IF
AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
