IN CENTRAL NEBRASKA ...SHERMAN COUNTY AT 650 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO 5 MILES NORTH OF LOUP CITY OR 45 MILES NORTHWEST OF GRAND ISLAND. MOVEMENT WAS SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH. PEOPLE IN LOUP CITY AND THE SHERMAN RESERVIOR AREA SHOULD TAKE SHELTER IMMEDIATELY AS THE STORM WILL BE AFFECTING YOUR AREAS BY 715 PM. PERSONS IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD TAKE SHELTER IN A BASEMENT IF AVAILAlBLE. OTHERWISE GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR. CARS AND MOBILE HOMES SHOULD BE ABANDONED.
