AT 1245 AM A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS 15 MILES WEST OF NORTHWOOD...OR
ABOUT 40 MILES SOUTHWEST OF GRAND FORKS. THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST
AT 30 MPH. SOME TOWNS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM ARE KEMPTON AND ARVILLA.
