FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  230 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA
 
   ...WESTERN PEMBINA COUNTY...RAMSEY COUNTY
   ...WESTERN WALSH COUNTY
 
AT 1115 PM CDT RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES INDICATED THAT 1 TO 2.5 INCHES
OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER AN AREA FROM DEVILS LAKE TO CAVILIER.
 
AT 1115 PM CDT INTENSE THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY WERE IN A LINE
FROM DEVILS LAKE TO CAVALIER. THESE STROMS CONTINUED TO MOVE NORTHEAST
AT 35 MPH AND CONTINUED TO PRODUCE HEAVY RAIN OVER ALREADY SATURATED
GROUND. LOCALLY...UP TO AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAIN IS EXPECETD OVER
THIS AREA BY 1 AM.
 
ALONG WITH THE TORRIENTIAL...RAIN SMALL HAIL IS ALSO LIKELY FROM THESE
STORMS.
 
FLOODED ROADWAYS...PONDING OF WATER ON ROADS...OVERFILLED DITCHES AND
FLOODING OF LOWLYING AREAS ARE LIKELY IN THE VICINITY OF DEVILS
LAKE...LAWTON...EDMORE...HENSEL...FAIRDALE AND CAVALIER.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOG"NIZE
