FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  630 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA
 
   ...WESTERN CASS COUNTY
 
AT 225 AM CDT THAT AN AREA OF INTENSE THUNDERSTORMS...WITH TORRENTIAL
RAIN...WAS MOVING OVER WESTERN CASS. THE STORMS WERE 15 MILES NORTHEAST
OF VALLEY CITY AND WERE MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.
 
HEAVY RAINFALL...UP TO 3 INCHES IN SOME AREAS...FELL ACROSS WESTERN CASS
COUNTY LATE MONDAY EVENING. WITH AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN
EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS...FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY OVER AN
AREA OF WESTERN CASS COUNTY FROM I94 TO PAGE.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...
