FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  500 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA

AT 145 PM...LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED THAT THE TOWN OF WALES HAD
SIGNIFICANT WATER IN THE STREETS. RADAR INDICATES THAT 5 TO 7 INCHES OF
RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS WESTERN CAVALIER AND NORTHERN TOWNER COUNTIES
SINCE 11 PM. THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS THE AREA FOR THE
NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS PRODUCING ANOTHER 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL. EXPECT
WATER TO RISE RAPIDLY IN THE MAUVAIS COULEE IN TOWNER COUNTY AND SOUTH
BRANCH OF THE PARK RIVER NORTHWEST OF LANGDON. IN ADDITION...OTHER SMALL
STREAMS AND DITCHES COULD BEGIN TO OVERFLOW AS THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE.
