FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  945 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AN INTENSE THUNDERSTORM CONTINUEWD TO PRODUCE TORRIENTIAL RAIN ALONG THE
RED LAKE COUNTY/POLK COUNTY LINE WEST OF RED LAKE FALLS. AT 735 PM CDT
RADAR INDICATED THE STORM OVER RED LAKE FALLS ...OR 38 MILES EAST OF
GRAND FORKS. THE STORM WEAS MOVING SLOWLY NORTHWEST AT 10 MPH. LOCALIZED
FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN THE GENTILLY AREA. WITH 1 TO 2 INCHES OF
ADDITIONAL RAIN EXPECETD AREAS OF FLOODING ARE LIKELY.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
