AT 350 PM CDT THE EAST GRAND FORKS EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER REPORTED
THAT A DIKE NEAR 2ND ST SOUTHEAST WAS LEAKING. EVERY ATTEMPT IS BEING
MADE TO STABILIZE THE SITUTATION.
 
IF EVACUATIONS ARE ORDERED...DO NOT PANIC...EVACUATE IN AN ORDERLY
MANNER.
