IN WEST CENTRAL GEORGIA ...MARION COUNTY AT 720 PM RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM FROM JUNIPER TO BRANTLEY MOVING EAST AT 45 MPH. THIS STORM PRODUCED DIME SIZE HAIL AS IT MOVED OVER PHENIX CITY ALABAMA AND ALSO PRODUCED WINDS IN EXCESS OF 50 MPH AS IT MOVED OVER FORT BENNING. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL ...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
