000 TTAA00 KATL 290729 RRA SVRATL GAC055-290800- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PEACHTREE CITY GA 229 AM EST SAT MAR 29 1997 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PEACHTREE CITY HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 300 AM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN NORTHWEST GEORGIA ...CHATTOOGA COUNTY AT 227 AM EST WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 10 MILES WEST OF SUMMERVILLE...MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH. THIS MOVEMENT WILL TAKE THE STORM ACROSS SUMMERVILLE AROUND 245 AM EST. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE ORr NO ADVANCE WARNING. REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS.
