000 TTAA00 KATL 020003 RRA SVRATL GAC209-020045- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PEACHTREE CITY GA 703 PM EST SAT NOV 1 1997 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PEACHTREE CITY HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 745 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN CENTRAL GEORGIA ...MONTGOMERY COUNTY AT 7 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ALAMO MOVING EAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR. THIS STORM WILL REACH MOUNT VERNON BY 730 PM. THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCED DIME TO NICKLE SIZED HAIL IN MCRAE AROUND 645 PM. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT IN OR NEAR THE WARNED AREA.
