PERRY...NEARLY STATIONARY. THIS STORM HAS A HISTORY OF DAMAGING WINDS
THAT HAVE BLOWN DOWN TREES...POWER LINES AND VERY HEAVY RAIN THAT HAS
CAUSED LOCALIZED STREET FLOODING.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
