IN WEST CENTRAL GEORGIA ...UPSON COUNTY AT 407 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 3 MILES NORTHWEST OF WOODBURY IN MERIWETHER COUNTY MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH. THE STORM WILL REACH THE WESTERN SIDE OF UPSON COUNTY SHORTLY BEFORE 430 PM. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
