FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  815 PM CST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

DOPPLER RADAR HAS ESTIMATED NEAR 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN BETWEEN THE
SOUTH FORK OF THE GUADALUPE RIVER AND JOHNSON CREEK IN THE PAST HOUR.
HEAVY RAINS WILL CONTINUE OVER THIS AREA FOR THE NEXT HOUR.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED
ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS BRIDGES...OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE

FOOT TO ESCAPE RISING WATER DURING THREATENING RAINS.
