THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN/SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  430 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
 
   ...WESTERN VAL VERDE COUNTY
 
AT 220 AM CDT WEATHER RADAR INDICATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH
HEAVY RAIN JUST WEST OF A PANDALE TO LANGTRY LINE. THE SHOWERS AND
STORMS WERE MOVING NORTH NORTHEAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH.
 
RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL RATES BETWEEN 1 AND 2 INCHES PER HOUR WITH THE
SHOWERS AND STORMS MOVING OVER AN AREA SATURATED BY HEAVY RAIN
YESTERDAY.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IMMINENT.
MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
