FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  300 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 1252 AM CDT STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH MAINLY HEAVY RAIN WERE INDICATEBY DOPPLER RADAR OVER BANDERA COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES OF RAINFALL WERE
NEARLY 2 INCHES PER HOUR. THE STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 25
MPH.
