FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  800 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
 
   ...TRAVIS COUNTY
 
AT 500 AM CDT STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUED OVER
WESTERN PORTIONS OF AUSTIN. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES
OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THAT AREA SINCE 400 AM. WITH RAINFALL RATES
AT 1 1/2 INCHES PER HOUR AND A SLOW STORM MOVEMENT FLASH FLOODING
IS LIKELY TO OCCUR.
 
FLOOD PRONE URBAN AREAS FILL WITH WATER QUICKLY.  CLOGGED STORM
DRAINS MAY CAUSE OTHER AREAS TO FLOOD.  DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH
