* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
    MIAMI COUNTY - EAST CENTRAL KANSAS
 
* UNTIL 3 AM CDT

* CAUSE AND EFFECT
THUNDERSTORMS HAVE PRODUCED 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN ACROSS THE COUNTY
SINCE 9 PM. THIS RAIN ON TOP OF THE HEAVY RAIN SATURDAY EVENING HAS
CAUSED WATER TO RISE ACROSS SEVERAL ROADS IN THE COUNTY.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING TO THE SOUTHWEST OF PAOLA WILL
MOVE EAAST INTO THE COUNTY BETWEEN 1130 PM AND 130 AM. THE STORMS
COULD PRODUCE AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAIN IN THE OSAWATOMIE...PAOLA
AND LOUISBURG AREASR. WHICH WILL CAUSE ADDITIONAL FLOODING OF
CREEKS...STREAMS AND DRAINAGE SYSTEMS.

DON'T DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADS!  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN
AUTOMOBILES.
