* CAUSE AND EFFECT
THUNDERSTORMS HAVE PRODUCED 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN ACROSS THE
COUNTY LEADING TO RAPID RISES ON CREEKS AND STREAMS. LOW-LYING ROADS
ARE LIKELY UNDER WATER.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS SOUTHERN SECTIONS OF THE COUNTY
THROUGH 1115 PM RESULTING IN ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL.
