VERY HEAVY RAINFALL HAS FALLEN OVER THE SOUTHWEST PART OF LINN COUNTY
KANSAS LATE THIS EVENING. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES 2 TO 3 INCHES OF
RAIN HAS FALLEN SOUTH OF A CENTERVILLE TO MANTEY LINE SINCE 11 PM.
WATER OVER ROADS...RAPID RISES ON AREA STREAMS...HIGH WATER AT
LOW WATER CROSSINGS WILL PRESENT DANGEROUS AND POTENTIALLY LIFE
THREATENING CONDITIONS OVERNIGHT.
