  OR 4 MILES WEST OF LIME CITY MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.  A FUNNEL
  CLOUD WAS REPORTED AT SPICER AVENUE SOUTH OF I-80 AND 1 MILE EAST
  OF ROUTE 38 NEAR WILTON.
