  20 MILES WEST OF WATERLOO MOVING SOUTH-SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH. THE
  PUBLIC ALSO REPORTED A TORNADO AND DEBRIS WEST OF PARKERSBURG IN
  BUTLER COUNTY AT 138 PM.
