  BUTLER COUNTY - NORTHEASTERN IOWA
  FRANKLIN COUNTY - NORTH CENTRAL IOWA
  HANCOCK COUNTY - NORTH CENTRAL IOWA
  WRIGHT COUNTY - NORTH CENTRAL IOWA

* UNTIL 200 AM CDT
 
* SOME STREAMS AFFECTED
    BEAVER CREEK
    BUFFALO CREEK
    UPPER REACHES OF THE IOWA RIVER

* CAUSE AND EFFECT
  THUNDERSTORMS BROUGHT UP TO THREE AND ONE HALF INCHES OF RAINFALL
  OVER PARTS OF THESE COUNTIES.  THIS WAS ON TOP OF THE HEAVY
  RAINFALL FROM FRIDAY NIGHT.  FRANKLIN COUNTY REPORTS WATER OVER
  SEVERAL COUNTY ROADS WITH DEBRIS WASHING ON TO THEM.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
  THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE EAST OF THE AREA BY MIDNIGHT ALLOWING WATER
  TO RECEDE.  FLOODING WILL THEN MOVE INTO THE LARGER RIVERS.

LEAVE FLOOD PRONE OR LOW LYING AREAS IMMEDIATELY.  DO NOT BE FOOLISH
BY DRIVING INTO RUNNING WATER.
