* AT 711 PM CDT...DODGE CITY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A NEARLY
  STATIONARY SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 12 MILES NORTHEAST OF GARDEN CITY.

THIS STORM WILL LIKELY PRODUCE HAIL IN EXCESS OF 1 INCH AND WIND
