  CHEYENNE TO 20 MILES NORTH AND EAST OF CHEYENNE

* AT 230 PM MDT...A CLUSTER OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED OVER
  CHEYENNE TO 5 MILES NORTHEAST OF CHEYENNE.  THIS STORM IS LIKELY
  PRODUCING 1 INCH SIZED HAIL.  NUMEROUS FUNNEL CLOUDS AND ONE
  UNCONFIRMED TOUCHDOWN HAS ALSO BEEN REPORTED WITH THIS STORM.
  THIS STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY MOMENT.
