FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  100 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN  PENNSYLVANIA

EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY OFFICIALS INDICATE THAT NUISANCE FLOODING
CONTINUES TO BE A PROBLEM OVER THE COUNTY.
 
REPORTS OF MORE THAN 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. THIS HAS
CAUSED NUMEROUS ROAD CLOSURES AND RESTRICTIONS...AS WELL AS SMALL
STREAMS TO OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS.
 
HEAVY RAINS ARE WINDING DOWN BUT RUNOFF FROM THE ALL DAY SOAKING CONTINU
AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND SMALL CREEKS WILL SEE FLOODING LINGER INTO
THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
